How To Update Pulse Secure Mac

Download the Pulse Secure Desktop client for Mac OS. Click on the file to extract the installer. Double click on the pkg file to initiate the install process. Once the installer begins, click Continue. Click Install to begin the installation.


Login to PCS admin UI then go to Users > Pulse Secure Client > Component tab, then you can upload Pulse Secure client pkg file bottom the page. After uploading new package and select version you want to distribute, then click “Activate”.


Open your downloads folder and double click on the pulse secure dmg file to open the Pulse Secure package. Double-click on the Pulse Secure package to start the install and click Continue and Install.

Show activity on this post. With last update to MacOS 10.15 Pulse Secure VPN stopped working. I suspect this is related to the update because several applications needed rights and permissions granted immediately afterwards. iTerm2 f.x. suddenly wouldn’t let me list the content of the Download folder and required full disk access rights in.
